Bighorn River at Thermopolis is murky after the rain. Inflow into Boysen Reservoir has jumped above 3000 cfm and rising. Out flow has been holding around at 3000 cfm and not changed by Tuesday, May 1. Fishing is great, catching is another story, not so good – sorry.
