A beautiful May evening at Underhill Hollow. According to the Merlin bird app, tonight we had a long list of bird species singing in the trees,including a hermit thrush, chimney swifts, northern house wren, yellow rumped warbler, blue jay, American robin, goldfinch, white throated sparrow, chipping sparrow, northern flicker, barn swallows and the ever present red-winged blackbirds.

Dinner was ready, but I had to run outside to capture some shots of this light after the rain showers yesterday.
