Join us for a community celebration of America’s 250th anniversary 🇺🇸

The McDuffie Museum invites you to Wrightsboro Pavilion on June 27th from 10 AM–2 PM for a day of history, fellowship, and family fun. Featuring a historical reenactment by the Skunk Brigade, kids’ activities, and lunch available for purchase, supporting museum programs.

We had a great turn out for the McDuffie Mixer at White Hills Farm, LLC tonight! Thanks to everyone who came out, and an especially big THANK YOU to those who helped!! Amy, Sean, Greg, and Tammy did the heavy lifting and or food. Can’t even begin to tell you how much I appreciate these people! And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the non board members who helped. Carrie, Ryan, Patrick, Ann, Shannon. ❤️

Have you been to Hogie Joe’s Sports Grill in Thomson? 🍔 Hogie Joe's Sports Grill

This is such a fun spot that many people around Augusta/Evans may not know about yet. The menu is huge — burgers, steaks, wraps, salads, appetizers, desserts, and plenty more. Great food, great prices, a full bar, and the AC was cranking, which made it such a nice summer escape. 🙌

A few things we tried:
🍔 Black & Bleu Cheese Burger
🧅 Onion Rings
🥨 Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese
🌯 Cheeseburger Quesadilla
🌶️ Sweet Hot Chili Chicken Nachos
🥏 Kids meals served on a souvenir Frisbee

Thomson has lots of great things to do, and Hogie Joe’s is an easy short drive from Augusta or Evans. Definitely a fun casual stop to add to your list.
