It was a tough morning of turkey hunting, cloudy, windy, and cold. It was the perfect combination to make a slow day! But still we got it done around 9 am. Always a great time hunting with new people! 24 #, 1” spurs, 10” beard?? (May have been shortened up a bit from the follow up shot) still a great bird!! Congratulations Hunter!

So the 2026 Turkey season started off with a bang!! The most insane hunt I’ve ever been on! 12 total toms all within 100 yards. We had birds coming from every direction. Finally this big tom broke from the pack and gave my niece Ayla a 15 yard shot! Her first of many birds I believe. 27 #,11-1/4” beard, 1” spurs! Congratulations Bean!!
