Guess who won a trip and is going to Universal Orlando to experience Mardi Gras at Universal Studios, ride Hagrid's and of course explore Epic Universe this March?!

Don't overlook this little food stand.When people think about quick-service meals at Universal Orlando Resort, they usually picture burgers, pizza, sandwiches or chicken tenders. Which are all fine, but have you tried London Taxi Hut’s Jacket Potatoes? These are delicious and just might be one of Universal’s best-kept secrets...until now.

The Loaded Jacket Potato comes topped with bacon, cheese, sour cream and chives, but there are other options to choose from.

I also love that it's quick. No waiting for a table. No feeling rushed to finish because people are waiting for your seat. Just grab your food and find a shady spot while you watch guests wander through London before or after visiting Diagon Alley.

Forget Resort TV...this is what everyone wants to watch. There are plenty of hotel rooms at Walt Disney World, but there's only one where opening the curtains feels like the first attraction of the day...Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, savanna view rooms!

Seeing animals wander the savanna from your own balcony never gets old. For me, spotting the giraffe walking by is incredible. If you could wake up tomorrow morning and see one animal outside your balcony, what would you hope it would be?

Our last day on the ship we stopped in Nassau, Bahamas. We decided to stay on the ship and relax. Patrick got to pick what we did throughout the day. His number one choice was playing games in the arcade! (If you have kids that like the arcade watch for sales on the app before you go to get more bang for your buck)!

We also did some more rock climbing, swimming, and even got to try archery! So much to do we ran out of time to do it all!

After dinner we went to a silent dance party and then got a front row seat to Intense, the all-female diving show!

Since we watched it from the balcony, we had an idea of what the show was but up front it was a whole new perspective. If you choose front row...definitely prepare to be wet! Maybe even put your bathing suit on! Besides diving they also have a tight rope walker, slack line acrobats and synchronized dancing/swimming. It really is incredible and should not be missed!

On the Wonder of the Seas (and its sister ships) you can make a reservation while on board to do Laser Tag! You must have closed toe shoes to play, so make sure to bring a pair. We got lucky and it was not too crowded, so we got to play twice.

Teams are random so Patrick and I ended up on different teams the first time, which I think he enjoyed better. Nothing like trying to take out the one who brought you on the trip 😂!

I have some thoughts on Disney in September... It’s pretty simple actually...go to DisneyLAND, not Walt Disney WORLD if your only vacation time lands in early September.

You still benefit from many schools being back in session (lower crowds), Halloween fun is BIG and underway there as well, and Southern California weather tends to be much kinder than central Florida. Less chance of rain, cooler nights and no threats of hurricanes.

Another thing you’ll love is that Disneyland is easier to navigate. So even if it is warm, you’re not walking miles and waiting in oppressive heat for transportation. The parks are close together. The hotels are nearby. Midday breaks are actually realistic instead of feeling like a major expedition and huge time loss.

We headed back on the ship for lunch and Patrick decided he wanted to all of the waterslides. They have 3 large slides as well as a splash area for kids with 2 slides.

Patrick's favorite slide was the orange "toilet bowl" one! I was a bit nervous to try that one, so my favorite was the blue one!
