Zero fights over the remote. 📺✨ Potters Corner sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms + 2 living rooms — and yes, that’s 5 TVs, so everyone gets their own show. Grown-ups movie night in the primary suite, kids’ cartoons in the bedroom, game day in the second living room. Little Compton, RI 🏡

Adamsville is the kind of village you’d drive through and miss if you blinked. There’s a monument to the Rhode Island Red, the state bird, right in the center of the village. Down the road, a fish ladder still does its quiet work on the brook. Back up the street sits the Spite Tower, built purely to block a neighbor’s view. (So the story goes) And right in the middle of it all sits Samuel Church Estate, our 1814 home with original wide plank floors, a beehive oven, and wavy glass windows that have been here since the beginning.

This is the kind of place you find when you slow down on the Farm Coast.

For the houses we manage, the owners use them as much as they are able. When we know they are coming, we get the house ready just as we would for guests. It’s an honor to be able to work with so many wonderful owners.

Our guests arriving today get together every year, and one of their friends recommended staying at the Seaberry home after he has stayed with us before with his family. Mother nature certainly couldn’t have picked a better day for them to arrive!
