When we opened Georgio’s on November 21, 1986, our goal was simple: to create an elegant downtown restaurant that offered a wonderful dining experience at lunch and dinner. Our focus has been the classic preparation of the very freshest seafood, superior steaks and chops, with delicious homemade Greek specialities—grape leaves, pastitsio and mousaka—added to celebrate the taste of tradition.
