Downtown Tomah property owners: The application deadline for the 2026 Façade Improvement Grant Program is nearing!

The City of Tomah, City Hall is offering funding to help improve the exterior appearance and long-term value of eligible properties located within the TID 8 area. Grant funding may cover up to 50% of project costs, with a max award of $20,000. One grant is expected to be awarded in 2026, so larger, high-impact projects are encouraged.

Applications are due by 8 am on September 1st.
