TS Fork is a unique dining experience featuring common plate cuisine. Located in a former gas station in the center of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, this restaurant is not your everyday dining restaurant. Seating is obtained by reservation only, and the weekly prix fixe menu features locally-sourced Farm-to-Fork recipes. Each guest will be greeted and seated at a table on one of two stories of the land-run e

ra building. The menu will feature an appetizer, salad, entre, and dessert course. Tea and water served from distinctive carafes are included with the meal and the night’s featured wine is offered from the bar by the glass or by the bottle. The menu will change weekly and will be posted to the website and social media prior to that week’s seating. It is our hope that this concept restaurant will become popular with the ever-growing population of foodies in Oklahoma and the surrounding area. While not suited for last minute outings, we hope that it will leave guest with an unforgettable experience and will crave return trips. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Cash accepted for payment.

It’s Bourbon, Bacon and Butter this weekend at TS FORK!

This one of a kind, original and unique menu, not served anywhere else, Is a lot of fun too!!

Check this out…..
TS FORK deviled eggs, smoked pulled chicken with a Carolina sauce with a huge slice of mozzarella cheese, a delicious pickle and bacon jam, served on a toasted sweet slider roll.

Butter bisque with Yukon gold smashed potatoes, bacon and topped with cheddar cheese.

A TS FORK house salad with mixed greens and a touch of bacon.

Brisket burnt ends with a special bourbon barbecue sauce, served on top of an amazing smoked pork belly pinwheel with a Rich bourbon and butter sauce.

Our famous mac & cheese with some bacon.

And finally, Ms. Pat’s delicious, fresh made cheesecake with a caramel bourbon, pecan topping.
