Reverse and open Floor Plan with an Elevator. Fully Stocked Kitchen including a Beer/Wine Refrigerator. Plenty of space with dining for 12 and seating for 9 In the Living Room. Approximately 600 feet to the private beach crossover.
Queen’s Grant Community is a gated community which has a Pool, Boat Ramp, Docking On A First Come First Serve Basis, Private Beach Access, Playground, Basketball Court, Picnic Area. We provide 2 Kayaks (with life vests), 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & a beach wagon
