Recruiting advertisement:
We are a well-established Travel Agency, headquartered in Japan, and has been in business for over 50 years.

Our Torrance, CA office is currently looking for a non-exempt HR and General Affair Assistant. The person will be reporting directly to the Treasurer of the company and will handle Payroll, HR support, General Office Work, and light accounting tasks to prepare Corporate Data Report.
The person must be a self-starter, flexible and a team player.

Requirement:
ADP Payroll System
Punctual
Strong MS Word and Excel skill
Effective oral and written Communication skill in English
Detail Oriented mathematical skill
Working hours 9 am to 6 pm M-F

Other skills preferred:
Japanese Bilingual is plus, but not required
Travel industry experience is plus, but not required.
