JTB USA launched the Dodgers Shuttle in 2025 to reach independent travelers beyond its traditional package tour customer base. The bilingual service was designed to connect with a broader market and introduce new travelers to JTB.

Recently, the shuttle was featured in the Los Angeles Times! Through July, non-Japanese-speaking guests accounted for approximately 10% of customers; for bookings made since August, that share has increased to 25%.

We hope to build on this momentum and continue developing the Dodgers Shuttle as a gateway for new customers who may not have previously had any connection with JTB.

The 10th Anniversary Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN 2026, originally scheduled to take place in March, was successfully held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, under beautiful weather conditions. Despite concerns about the potential impact of the postponement, the event was made possible through the tremendous understanding, cooperation, and support of all stakeholders involved. After ten editions, this year’s event reaffirmed how the Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN has become firmly rooted in Hawaii and has grown into an event embraced by the local community.

We are deeply grateful to all of our participants, sponsors, and partners for helping us overcome the postponement and successfully celebrate this important 10th Anniversary milestone together!

JTB Americas recently came together in Dallas for our Brighter Earth and Our Futures (BEOF) event!

In addition to participating in team-building activities that strengthened relationships across the organization, attendees experienced some of Dallas's local attractions, including the Fort Worth Stockyards and a Texas Rangers game. Participants also made a positive impact in the community by volunteering at a local senior housing facility, assisting with cleanup efforts and hosting a Sunshine Social Summer Bash for residents.
