TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN AREA YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
• Traveled extensively to the area or lived there
• Knowledge of the culture and customs of the area
• Experience in international travel (personal or professional)
• Planned custom tours and/or trips (personal or professional)
• Ability to respond to requests within 48 hours
• Computer with internet (not a tablet)
• Time management skills
• Customer service skills
• Professionalism
• Ability to delegate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Experience with social media
● Customer service
* Speak the local language
● Ability to plan every detail of a trip
● Basic geography knowledge
● Basic word, excel, PowerPoint, publisher skills
● Marketing and advertising (basic skills)
● Some lead generating
● Experience using Asana preferred but will train
● Ability to think outside the box
* Travel agent experience NOT necessary but is preferred
You will be working with other agents from other agencies not just the general public
You and your team will also be responsible for Destination by Design social media accounts to include: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You and your team will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a Travel blog.

You will work as IC's. You will not be asked to leave your host, you will not be charged any fees. You will be paid commission as high as 25%. We are looking for agents to work WITH us as specialists that we can refer business to. These are custom built trips. The agents/clients will contact us (we will farm out to the correct designer) and the designer will create and book the trip through our company.
