Hard Rock Riviera Maya… 🎸🌴

I came here to experience the resort for myself so I could give my clients the real scoop. ❤️

One of the things that really stood out to me is just how much there is to do here for families. Between the kids’ clubs and activities, pools, entertainment, Rockwall, bowling, trampoline park, and the water park that has slides for all ages there is truly something for everyone.

And the adults-only Heaven section…👀 amazing! The restaurants on this side are so good!

UNICO 20°87°🤍🌴

After getting to experience this resort in person, I can honestly say this is one I would choose for my own stay in Mexico!

The rooms were beautiful, the resort had such a fun, upscale vibe, and I loved the adults-only atmosphere. It felt luxurious without feeling stuffy, and there was just the right mix of relaxing, social, and FUN.

If you’re looking for an adults-only getaway in Mexico, UNICO 20°87° is definitely one I’d have on my list! 🍹☀️🌊

And after seeing it for myself, I can’t wait to match some of my clients with this one! ✈️❤️

AVA Resort Cancun… WOW. 🌴

This resort is beautiful, and definitely not your typical all-inclusive!

✨ Every room has an ocean view, no upgrading to an ocean-view category needed!

🍽️ The food was SO good, with 17+ restaurant, bars & dining concepts.

🌊 A massive 2.8-acre saltwater lagoon + incredible pools + water park

🎮 Kids Club, Teen Club, bowling, arcade, laser tag & SO much more

💦 Sunny’s Water Park is perfect for the younger kids

🍸 Adults have their own pool, night club and plenty of upscale spaces to escape to

One thing I really noticed here is the design. A lot of the dining and entertainment is housed within this massive, modern resort building, so it has a much more upscale, indoor luxury feel than the open-air style you find at many Caribbean all-inclusives. There are still outdoor, poolside and oceanfront dining options too!

And the rooms… those views. 😍🌊 private balconies and that Caribbean Sea right outside.

AVA is definitely one I’d have on my radar.

✈️🌴 MEXICO, HERE I COME! 🌴✈️

I’m headed to Mexico this week and I’m SO excited for a week of resort exploring! 👀🌴

I’ll be touring a bunch of different resorts, checking out the rooms, pools, beaches, restaurants, kids’ areas, entertainment, and all the little details that you just can’t get from looking at pictures online.

And of course, I’ll be sharing it all with you! 📸✨

✈️ In-service day = jump on a plane and head to Disney World! 🏰✨

Today started at 3 AM for our 5 AM flight, and since we ALL had the day off, obviously the only reasonable thing to do was… Disney! 😂

And because it’s September 21, our first stop had to be EPCOT for Guardians of the Galaxy!

Then headed over to Character Warehouse to check out the Disney merch before making the very important stop at Pin HQ. If you know, you know! 😉📍

Then it was time to slow things down for a few hours. We headed back to Saratoga Springs, grabbed some pool time, and relaxed during the hottest part of the day before heading back out for more Disney magic.

Once the sun started going down, we headed back to EPCOT for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. And of course… the question everyone wants to know: What song did we get?! 🎶😂

Then it was time for the BEST part… the food! 🤤

We made our way around World Showcase and went straight for a few of our tried-and-true favorites:

🇨🇦 Canada: The creamy Cheddar & Bacon Soup served with a warm pretzel roll, followed by the tender Filet Mignon topped with mushrooms and served with mashed potatoes. SO good and definitely worth the stop! 🤤

🇺🇸 The American Adventure: The Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll — a delicious seafood-filled bite that was the perfect addition to our Food & W**e lineup.

And because apparently we hadn’t done enough for one day, we kept moving and jumped in line for Test Track! 🏎️💨

That’s the beauty of EPCOT, you can spend the day riding attractions, exploring the countries, and basically eating your way around the world all in one day. 🌎❤️

And we’re not done yet! Tomorrow we’ll be back to try some of the Food & W**e Festival dishes we haven’t had yet, revisit a few of our favorites, and squeeze in a little more Disney magic before we have to head home to reality. 😭✈️

🌴 Our Last Day in Antigua 🇦🇬☀️

And just like that… it’s time to say goodbye. 😭

We started our last morning with a delicious breakfast at Mario’s before packing up and checking out. But thankfully, checkout didn’t mean our vacation was over! We spent the morning enjoying the pool, grabbed one last lunch, and then headed to the departure lounge to shower and freshen up before our flight. And Of course, we had to make one last stop at Café de Paris for a snack before heading home. 😂🍦

Five days in Antigua gave us a little bit of everything — stunning turquoise water and beautiful beaches, incredible food, snorkeling and sailing, pool and beach activities, exploring St. John’s, live music, beach parties and plenty of time to simply relax. 🌊☀️

But what really stood out was the feeling of Antigua. The people were genuinely warm and welcoming, the island is beautiful, and Sandals gave us the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure and fun.

If Antigua isn’t already on your Caribbean list, I think it’s time to add it. ❤️🇦🇬

Day 4 at Sandals Antigua 🌴☀️🌊

Our last full day in Antigua… and we definitely weren’t going to waste a minute of it! ❤️

We started the morning at Mario’s, which is currently serving the Eleanor’s à la carte breakfast menu, and WOW… let’s just say we really missed out the first two mornings! We started with the bagel and lox and a smoothie bowl, THEN the steak and eggs and the lobster and shrimp omelet. Everything was absolutely delicious! Definitely had us wondering why we hadn’t done this sooner. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

After breakfast, we headed straight for the beach. The water was that gorgeous Caribbean blue, the sun was shining, and we had absolutely nowhere we needed to be. I settled in with my book for a while, soaking up the sun and enjoying the view.

But eventually, sitting still became too difficult. 😂 So we hopped on a Hobie Cat and headed out onto the water, then signed up to go snorkeling and explored beneath the surface for a bit. After that, we decided to walk the beach and see just how far we could go. 🌊🤿⛵️

By lunchtime, we had definitely worked up an appetite, so we stopped at Barefoot for lunch right on the beach. The quesadilla was SO good, and honestly, I don’t think food tastes quite as good as it does when you’re sitting steps from the Caribbean with your toes in the sand. 🌮🌴

Then we headed over to the main pool to join in on the afternoon fun. There was trivia, a DJ, and a co****le tournament happening, so we grabbed a float and hung out for a while before it was time for beach volleyball. 🏐

By the time volleyball was over, we were ready for a little downtime. We headed back to the room, ordered some snacks from room service, and relaxed while getting ready for our late dinner at Eleanor’s. ✨🍽️

And, of course, no night at Sandals Antigua would be complete without one final stop at Café de Paris for ice cream. 🍦❤️

Looking back, this was one of those vacation days that had a little bit of everything — a delicious breakfast, a beautiful beach, time on the water, snorkeling, exploring, great food, poolside entertainment, volleyball, and, of course, a final stop for ice cream.

And somehow, tomorrow we have to leave. 😭

I’m officially at the point where I’m trying to slow everything down and soak up every last bit of Antigua. 🌴❤️
