Sail aboard Manitou on this truly unique sail! On Monday, June 29, we're heading to Power Island on an extended sail with the opportunity to explore a lesser-known gem of Traverse City: Power Island.

Here's our menu for the Power Island Picnic Sail:

Boarding Snack:
*Herb Scone with Local Cheddar Cheese Curds
*Coffee and Tea Service

Lunch:
*Caprese Sandwich with Sundried Tomato Pesto, Grilled Zucchini, Fresh Mozzarella, Arugula, and Prosciutto (No Pine Nuts in Pesto, Can be made vegetarian or Vegan)
*Great Lakes Potato Chips
*Fresh Fruit Salad of Melon, Grapes, and Berries finished with Lemon Zest and Mint
*Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal Cookie

Appetizers on the sail back:
*Classic Deviled Eggs
*Baked Brie with Cherry Compote
*Spinach Dip with Crudité

Our first Wings on the Water Sail for this season is on Thursday, June 25, from 10 am - noon! Any time raptors soar above Manitou, it makes the sail even more spectacular. For a day, we can promise a close-up view, since Skegemog Raptor Center brings its educational birds aboard.
