We are generally able to close a mortgage loan inside of 30 days from the date we receive the contract or permission to order the appraisal. The average time to close a mortgage ranges from 45 to 60 days. Who you work with matters! We offer "Step Ahead" Pre-Approvals, which means you're subject to Appraisal, Title, and Home Owners Insurance and likely will close early!

After working with hundreds of buyers, I've noticed a clear pattern. The ones who get to closing fastest aren't necessarily the ones who started with the best credit or the most savings — they're the ones who made these three shifts early.

1. They stopped saving for a number and started saving with a strategy

Randomly putting money aside "until it feels like enough" keeps a lot of buyers stuck.
The buyers who move fastest know their actual target — down payment, closing costs, and reserves — and build a timeline around it that helps create momentum.

2. They treated their credit score like a tool, not a report card

Your credit score isn't a judgment — it's a lever.

Small, intentional moves like paying down specific balances, avoiding new inquiries, and correcting errors can shift your score significantly in 60–90 days. Most buyers don't realize how actionable it actually is.

3. They had the conversation before they felt ready

This is the biggest one. The buyers who close fastest are almost never the ones who waited until everything was perfect.
