Primary Healthcare Centers Trenton-Dade Lions Club

PHC Trenton had an information table set up highlighting the Trenton-Dade Lions Club and the important causes they support, including vision, diabetes, hunger, and mental health!

We also shared educational materials from McDonald Eye Care & Associates to help raise awareness about the importance of eye health and encourage our community to stay on top of their vision care.

Need assistance with vision care? The Trenton-Dade Lions Club and McDonald Eye Care may be able to help connect you with resources and support!
