Just spent a wonderful amazing 6 days at a yoga, meditation, relaxation retreat in Aruba with some truly inspiring women. The resort, food, sunsets and more rejuvenated my soul. Hoping to do it again next year so let me know if you are interested in the details!

Call me crazy but I like airplane food! Maybe it’s because it’s something to look forward to in order to break up a long flight or maybe it’s the cute packaging it comes in. I did not get a photo of every meal we had on our recent multi flight trip but here are a few!

Some surprises were the bottle water service with a treat while boarding and deplaning our 18 minute flight from Athens to Mykonos. And a full meal service on our 2 hour flight from Turkey to Egypt!
