BE REAL, NOT PERFECT

You don't need perfect photos or polished videos to connect with customers!
One of my favorite reminders from Laura and Michael is that authentic content—real people, real projects, and real experiences—helps build trust.

Sometimes, simply showing up as yourself makes the biggest impact!

Have you signed up for the Gateway CEO Golf Scramble? It is a great organization!

⛳ ONE WEEK TO GO! ⛳

We are officially just one week away from our 4th Annual Gateway CEO Golf Scramble, and as we count down to October 23, we want to recognize some of the businesses helping make this event—and our program—possible!

A HUGE thank you to one of our Eagle Sponsors - Automatic Gate and Door - for investing in our Gateway CEO students this year!

Automatic Gate and Door is locally owned and operated, providing automatic gate systems for residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and military customers throughout the St. Louis and Metro East area.

One of the things we continually want our students to see is just how many incredible businesses are operating right here in our own communities—and how much those businesses give back.

When a local company chooses to sponsor Gateway CEO, they're doing more than putting their name on a sign at a golf tournament.

They're investing in the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders and business owners.

Thank you, Automatic Gate and Door, for believing in what we're building and supporting our Class of 2027!

We appreciate you!

And now…the countdown is ON! 7 DAYS until we hit the course!
And if you've been thinking about putting a team together—there's still time! Grab three friends, coworkers or clients and come spend a Friday morning on the course while supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Carol Sparks - Beckemeier LeMoine Law

"How to Advocate for Yourself to Become the leader You are Capable of Being"

Leadership doesn’t begin when someone gives you a title, invites you into the room, or tells you that you’re ready. It begins when you recognize the value you already bring and have the courage to use it. In this candid and practical conversation, Carol Sparks explores how accomplished women can underestimate their own expertise, wait for confidence or permission, and spend too much time trying to prove they belong. Through personal stories, reflection, and the powerful shift from being a “seller” to being a “buyer,” attendees will learn to recognize their strengths, advocate for what they want, contribute with confidence, and use their leadership to create opportunities for the women coming behind them.
