We’ve explored the Grand Hall. We’ve talked about the food. Now, as we get ready for the **Disney Wish to come to New York City next fall**, let’s talk about another thing Disney Cruise Line does incredibly well…

**ENTERTAINMENT!** 🎭🎬✨

On the Disney Wish, entertainment is happening all around you—from Broadway-style shows to movies, characters and experiences you won’t find anywhere else.

🎭 **Walt Disney Theatre**
This beautiful theater is home to Broadway-style productions created specifically for Disney Cruise Line.

🧜‍♀️ **Disney The Little Mermaid**
A reimagining of the classic story created exclusively for the Disney Wish, featuring incredible sets, costumes, special effects and, of course, the songs we all know.

✨ **Disney Seas the Adventure**
Goofy discovers what it takes to become a great captain with a little help from Captain Minnie and characters from some of our favorite Disney and Pixar stories.

🧞 **Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular**
One of my favorite things about Disney Cruise Line is being able to see a full theatrical production at sea. *Aladdin* brings the story, music, comedy and larger-than-life Genie to the Walt Disney Theatre.

🎬 **Movies at Sea**
Want to catch the latest Disney movie while you’re cruising? The Wish has two movie theaters—the **Wonderland Cinema and Never Land Cinema**—showing Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars films. Disney Cruise Line will even show select movies onboard **the same day they premiere in theaters on land!**

🏴‍☠️ **Pirate Night**
It wouldn’t be a Disney Cruise without pirates! Depending on your sailing, Pirate Night brings themed entertainment, characters, music and plenty of pirate fun to the ship.

🎆 And yes…**Disney Cruise Line is famous for fireworks at sea!** There is something pretty incredible about standing on the deck of a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean watching fireworks light up the sky.

👑 **Characters Everywhere!**
Mickey, Minnie, princesses and other Disney favorites make appearances throughout the cruise. And because you’re on a ship, character experiences can often feel much more relaxed than what you might be used to in the parks.

And that’s what makes entertainment on the Wish so much fun.

You can spend your evening watching a Broadway-style show, catch a movie, meet some characters, enjoy live music, join a deck party—or simply grab a drink and relax.

🍽️🚢 **Let’s Talk FOOD on the Disney Wish!** ✨

As we continue exploring the **Disney Wish** before she comes to **New York City next fall**, we have to talk about one of my favorite parts of any Disney Cruise—the FOOD!

One of the things I love about Disney Cruise Line is that dinner isn't just dinner. Disney uses **Rotational Dining**, which means your serving team travels with you each night as you rotate through three uniquely themed restaurants.

And on the Disney Wish, those restaurants are pretty incredible.

❄️ **Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure**
You're invited to a royal celebration in Arendelle! Dinner includes live music, entertainment and appearances from some familiar *Frozen* friends. It's part restaurant, part show and completely Disney.

🦸 **Worlds of Marvel**
Dinner meets the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This interactive dining experience puts you right in the middle of a Marvel adventure while enjoying a menu inspired by cuisines from around the world.

🌹 **1923**
Named for the year The Walt Disney Company was founded, 1923 is a completely different experience. It's an elegant celebration of Disney animation, filled with artwork, sketches and pieces showcasing how some of our favorite Disney stories came to life.

But those are just your rotational dining restaurants!

🍕🌮🍗 **Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods** is the Wish's quick-service option on the pool deck, with pizza, burgers, barbecue, tacos, burritos and more. And yes—it's included!

🍦 And what's a Disney Cruise without grabbing some soft-serve at **Sweet Minnie's Ice Cream**?

Then there's **Marceline Market**, the Wish's main casual dining marketplace, with a huge variety of options for breakfast and lunch.

And if you're looking for something a little more special…

🥂 **Palo Steakhouse** combines the classic Palo experience with a steakhouse inspired by Cogsworth from *Beauty and the Beast*.

🌹 **Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement** is the Wish's upscale, adults-only dining experience inspired by Lumière. It's an incredible option for a special night onboard.

And we can't forget **room service**! There is something pretty great about ordering food and enjoying it from your stateroom or balcony while you're at sea. 🚢🌊

The best part?

**Most of your dining is already included in the cost of your Disney Cruise.** Your rotational dining, Marceline Market, pool-deck quick service, snacks and soft-serve are all part of the experience.

Every Disney ship has its own dining personality, and the Wish definitely brings the Disney storytelling into the restaurants.

If we’re going to talk about what makes the **Disney Wish** special, we have to start with the first place that welcomes you onboard—the **Cinderella-inspired Grand Hall**.

The theme of the Disney Wish is **enchantment**, and the Grand Hall brings that idea to life the moment you step onto the ship. Instead of feeling like a traditional cruise ship atrium, it feels like you’ve walked into a fairytale.

And if you’re a **Cinderella fan**, there are details everywhere. 👑

✨ At the base of the Grand Hall’s sweeping staircase is a beautiful **bronze statue of Cinderella**, accompanied by her little mouse friend **Lucifer—just kidding! It’s Jaq!** 🐭

👠 Look closely and you’ll find Cinderella’s iconic **glass slipper** incorporated into the Grand Hall.

🕰️ There are nods to the story throughout the space, from the elegant royal design to details inspired by Cinderella’s transformation and her unforgettable night at the ball.

💫 Above it all is the incredible **Wishing Star chandelier**, helping bring the Wish’s theme of dreams, wishes and enchantment together.

And one of my favorite Disney Cruise traditions happens right here. When your family first boards, **your family’s name is announced as you enter the Grand Hall.** It’s such a simple thing, but it makes that first moment onboard feel incredibly special.

I’m incredibly excited that **Disney Cruise Line is returning to New York City next fall!** There’s something special about having a Disney ship sailing right from our backyard—especially when that ship is the **Disney Wish**.

Every Disney Cruise Line ship is special and unique. Each one has its own personality, theming, restaurants, entertainment, and little details that make sailing on it a completely different experience.

The Disney Wish was the first ship in Disney’s Wish Class and set sail on her maiden voyage in 2022. Her overall theme is ENCHANTMENT, and you feel that from the moment you step into the beautiful Cinderella-inspired Grand Hall.

Sandals Grenada was the perfect setting for reset and relaxing getaway.

Five days of doing nothing but relaxing, enjoying each other’s company, and soaking in one incredible island. No schedules. No rushing around. Just relaxing. And it was exactly what we needed!

But one of the things that impressed me most was the **staff at Sandals Grenada. They were truly 5-star.**

From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. Our concierge checked us in and gave us a tour of the resort on the way to our room, followed by a complete tour of the room itself.
The bartenders, room attendants, waitstaff — everyone we interacted with was wonderful. I was also really impressed by how visible the management team was throughout the resort.

They were constantly interacting with guests and making sure everyone was having an exceptional experience.
And getting there couldn't be much easier! ✈️

It’s a quick direct flight from JFK, and once you land in Grenada, **the resort is literally just minutes from the airport.** You can go from getting off the plane to starting your vacation incredibly quickly.

If your idea of a vacation is beautiful surroundings, great food, great service, a little luxury, and plenty of time to do absolutely NOTHING… **Sandals Grenada is hard to beat.** ❤️🌴🇬🇩
