SOB Rides - Scenic Off-road Bicycle Rides More than a bike ride. We will show you the area, at a pace you can handle! Offering tours to 'slow, old and broken'.

There are a lot of older people who want to go outside, on bikes, but, are intimidated by those 'shredding the gnar'. I want to offer tours on the trails to boomers, gen x'ers who want an immersive experience, not 'put head down, pedal point A to B'. Our main guide has an MTB instructor certification from IMBA. WE WILL ALSO ffer local knowledge on history, flora & fauna.

Our location, in the riparian corridor, is one of the reasons we have such a variety of wildlife. Hike one mile and traverse the intersection of several 'mini-biomes' as well as entering a different Life Zone. Our ash trees will be turning color, soon Photo-October 4, 2017

Trail Traffic

This male Sonoran desert tortoise (Gopherus morafkai) was NOT disturbed, touched, moved, encumbered…just left alone. FULL SCREEN recommended, iPhone SE, August 20, 2017 - circa 50 Year Trail - on Deer Camp Loop.
