“Gravel camp with The Cyclist’s Menu was a dream vacation that fed my soul as well as body. Heidi and Zander are the best hosts! The rides were amazing, through spectacular landscapes that varied by the day: though windblown valleys, over rocky hills and up challenging mountain passes, into ghost towns. Patient, expert guides Emily and Betsy coached us through the tough spots and made sure we all had a fun and challenging experience. I learned a lot! Noe even took care of post-ride bike clean-up and chain l**e for us. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious—eating healthfully and mindfully has never tasted so good! (Could Zander come home with us??) Shannon somehow met all of us, regardless of our different paces, every couple of hours with snacks, hydration, sunscreen, and her sneaky camera to document our achievements. The group was so friendly and fun to hang out with, I hated to see it end.”
