The Tide House is FOR SALE!

Some houses are more than just a project - they’re a piece of your heart. For me, The Tide House was a way to stay connected to my dad and to Tuscaloosa, the place he loved so much. It became so much more. Every detail I put into this home carried that love forward, and watching families and friends make their own memories here has been such a gift.

Letting it go is bittersweet, but it feels like the right time. Our focus now is on growing our vacation rental portfolio in Texas - closer to home and where new dreams are waiting to take shape.

The Tide House will always hold a special place in my heart. Here’s to the memories made inside its walls and to the new chapters ahead. ❤️🏡🏈

We entered the market just shy of the 2024/25 school year and wow were we humbled to book 10 reservations between student move-in, graduation, and a completely sold out football season.
