The Tuskegee Human & Civil Rights Multicultural Center and Fred D. Gray Institute are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

This isn't your typical admin role. You'll serve as the operational hub of the Executive Office, helping coordinate communications, support donors and partners, and move major initiatives from vision to reality.

✨ What we're looking for:
An exceptional communicator who thrives remotely, manages multiple projects with ease, and is passionate about education, civic engagement, and social justice.

📋 Position Highlights:
🔹 Primarily Remote (Tuskegee or Montgomery, AL preferred)
🔹 Part-Time, 25 hrs/week
🔹 $30/hour
