You can get cozy and binge on your favorite shows on one of our three flat-screen smart TVs and we also have a good selection of games to play for lots of family laughter and fun! Upstairs in the bunk room is where SO much fun happens, for both adults AND kids! Duke it out over a game of foosball or play one of 3000 games to choose from on our stand up arcade! Outside you can lounge on a hammock, shoot some hoops, play Cornhole, enjoy a game of Spikeball, and the younger ones can monkey around on the play structure. We live on a quiet court with very little car traffic so it's a great place to toss a football or just let the kiddos run around and play! In the winter our sloping backyard makes for a PERFECT sled run! In the garage we have just about everything you will need for outdoor fun including fishing rods and tackle (there are so many places to enjoy a relaxing day of fishing close by), balls, plastic sleds, and more. Speaking of the garage, there is space for one car to park and we have plenty of parking space outside for additional cars, as well. You can relax on the comfortable wraparound deck; let the stars dazzle you at night or enjoy a quiet morning sunrise with a fresh brewed cup of coffee...our treat! We have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa for you! Also on the deck, you can cook up your favorite meats on the gas BBQ and in the evening you can sit around the fire pit and enjoy a glass of wine and maybe some s'mores, smiles, and good conversation :-)
In the summer months, the Twain Harte Community Pool is open to the public. Bring your own towels and chairs. You can purchase food or shaved ice next door, ice cream across the street, and can bring your own food, as well. $2-$3 entrance fee based on age. Super close to the cabin- just a 5 minute drive! There are so many activities to enjoy in and around the cabin and our location is perfect for nature lovers heading out to enjoy days of swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, zip-lining, gold-panning, horseback riding, wine tasting; and in the winter, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, and more!
