On September 9, 10, 11 and 12, 2026 light beams will rise from the 6,288 ft. summit of Mount Washington in New Hampshire in a 25th anniversary tribute to veterans, firefighters and first responders who were impacted by the terrorist attack on America on September 11, 2001. The lights will shine from 8pm - midnight on these dates.

Twin Mountain Bretton Woods will offer many viewing areas with direct line of sight to Mount Washington. The Cog Railway will be running a limited number of trains for viewing as well.

You will want to bear witness to the Honor Summit NH 9/11 Memorial taking place September 9 to September 11 at the Summit of Mount Washington. These twin beams of light will be viewable from up to 130 miles with Twin Mountain and Bretton Woods being in the prime line of sight.
