[email protected] My air-conditioned condo is 192 FEET from the beach & has everything needed for long-term living: 100% cotton bed linens & towels, plush beach towels, all k

itchen appliances including a microwave oven, spices, & Starbucks coffee. For entertainment, the condo has hi-definition Cable TV, a Blue Ray DVD/CD player, DVD's, a Stereo hooked up to the TV so you can watch TV and hear the audio through stereo speakers, & an iPod Docking station. It also has 2 hair dryers & 2 grills: charcoal & gas. The beach in front of the condo has lounge chairs for your use. In addition, the condo has beach chairs if you decide to go to another beach on the island. I live here so if you need anything that's not in the condo, I can bring it over. There are 2 restaurants and a beach bar on the property in addition to a members-only pool & hot tub. The "Beach Hut" on the beach in front of the condo rents paddle boats, snorkel equipment, and other water toys. In the condo, you will find swim noodles & sand toys just in case you are in the mood to build a castle. You can easily walk 1/10 of a mile to The Ritz and enjoy their restaurants, bars, and beach (all beaches in St. If you are a member of any yacht club, you can walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for dinner, drinks, etc. If you want to island hop, then the East End of St. Thomas is perfect since you can drive to the Red Hook Ferry dock in 5 minutes. You can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (BVI) of Tortola, and Virgin Gorda (you must have a passport to re-enter the US Virgin Islands). Red Hook is a hot spot on the East End with plenty of restaurants, charter fishing boats, bars, medical care, and shopping. I love living on the East End because everything I need is available right here. Thomas resident, I can provide exceptional customer service and share a wealth of knowledge about activities, restaurants, fishing charters, etc. Feel free to send your questions and I will gladly respond.
