Another fantastic, successful Reel Connections for Kids event today!! 🎉

It is the most fulfilling rewarding experience to be able to get these kids out on the water and watch their smile as they reel in a fish. 🙏🏼

I’m so blessed to be able to do this, and thankful to put smiles on all these faces. Every kid today left with a cooler, a fishing rod, a tackle box, Kroger gift card and were fed lunch. 🙌🏼

Just a few of the fish Landyn put in the boat! 🙌🏼

Lost count of how many we put in the boat and barely had time to grab a few pictures. We limited out within the first hour of fishing, but when you’re having that much fun and catching that many fish it’s hard to stop!

Spring finally showed up and so did Spring Fishin!! 🙌🏼

My dad Big John Mathena, and my buddies Charlie and Donnie all came down from West Virginia, and they must have been the good luck charm for fishing, because we sure caught them! 🤩

I’ve had a blast the past couple days fishing with these guys, and have loved being able to fish with my dad and make priceless memories. 🙌🏼
