We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking high school juniors and seniors to join our Maintenance team. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help create clean, safe, and inviting outdoor spaces while learning valuable skills in property care and hospitality.
Compensation:
$20/hour (higher pay based on experience)
Paid weekly
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday–Sunday, with possible weekday shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain outdoor areas to company standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
Inspect properties before and after guest stays
Clean and organize outdoor spaces including patios, decks, and grills
Ensure outdoor areas are stocked and guest-ready
Report missing items or damages to management
Perform basic preventative maintenance
Assist with inspections of hot tubs, pools, and landscaping
Communicate with team members and managers as needed
Requirements:
High school junior or senior preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Smartphone with ability to download and use company apps
Access to internet and ability to communicate via text
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience is a plus, but not required
