An unfortunate one in a million event occurred for me and my family, half of them got really sick the night before and due to policy I couldn't get a reschedule or partial refund. Which I understand is in place for its reasons. Not a knock on them, but a bit of advice that's beneficial. They do specify in their emails their.." says Timothy on Google
