Flounder season is upon us. NC has blessed us with a season this year from 9/1-9/14. I will be running private and open seats. If you schedule a private charter, it will be your crew only onboard. Open charters are $150 per seat with a 4-seat maximum. All of the flounder shown were caught on artificials in the last few weeks. PM me to reserve your seat.

Sassie and I had a great Bonito and Spanish Mackerel season. We had the privilege of spending many mornings with some great people. The $125 per person promo was a gamble, but it worked out in the end. So long Wrightsville Beach public boat ramp. We will see you again next April. Several customers asked if we would run the same promo for Reds/Trout. We are gonna run a modified version. For Reds/Trout and all the other inshore species we are gonna run $200 per person with a 2 person maximum for open trips. If only 1 person signs up for a given day, we fish. You will still be able to sign up for private closed charters if you like. We will be doing some scouting tomorrow and Monday and then we will be ready to go. PM me to schedule a trip. Good time today. It took a while to find the Spanish, but eventually we did. Bluefish kept us busy all morning. A lone small Bonito also came to play. Good time. Tomorrow has 2 spots open at $125 per person. Weather and ocean look good for the morning. Before you commit, remember tomorrow is Mother's day. Why not take your honey fishing

Had the opportunity to fish with Robert and Brandon today. Brandon's family owns Burry Chocolates in Hampstead. I highly recommend Burry's. Great chocolate and even better people. The morning started off very slow and continued that way for several hours. We were close to calling it a day when we noticed a huge bait pod with activity above it. Mayhem commenced. Blues on topwater, Bonito and large Spanish on casting jigs made for a great time. Robert announced last cast and hooked into a pig of a Bonito. Good time. Thursday is open at $125 per seat.

Good time this morning. Caught most of our fish casting Big Nics. It was very bumpy out there this morning. Took many waves over the bow. Thank goodness for a self bailing hull. My crew were troopers and stuck it out. On a lighter note, no one got sick this morning. They took their Dramamine. Tuesday and Thursday of next week are open at $125 a person.

oday started out very slow. 4 hours later all we had was a trash fish quartet. Nothing that worked the last few days was working. We did the old let's try one more spot, which turned into pure chaos. Nice mix of large Bonito, large Spanish, and decent Blues. There are spots open tomorrow at $125 per spot. A private charter is also possible
