This was by far one of the biggest cosmetic changes we have made at the Scott’s’ SandBar. Out went the old carpet and vinyl floor and in came LVT flooring on the main level for a fresh modern look.

February 2025 snow and ice at The Scotts’ SandBar. While it was fun to see, we hope everyone is looking forward to spring/summer and warm sunny days in Duck. The Scotts’ SandBar is managed by Resort Realty (property 4218) and is also found on Airbnb.

A busy and productive weekend of spring cleaning at the Scott’s’ SandBar. Our first renters for the 2024 season arrive today. Available weeks in April, May and one week in August.

We decided popcorn is great for the movies but it was time to start removing it from the ceilings at The Scotts’ SandBar. The popcorn came down and was replaced with knockout. We did a few additional cosmetic updates at the same time - replaced the fluorescent kitchen lights with LED can lights and upgraded the main level ceiling vents as well.

January 2021 - Master Bathroom renovation. We ventured upstairs for our first big project. The bathroom was completely renovated. This was a big cosmetic improvement and it turned out amazing - including the barn door!
