10 Years of Brandt Safaris • 20 Years on Safari 🐾
This month marks a milestone that’s both deeply personal and incredibly meaningful: 10 years since Brandt Safaris was born, and 20 years since I first set foot in the African bush as a young safari guide.
What started as a young guide’s dream in the wilds of Southern Africa has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined, a company built entirely on word of mouth, incredible guests, lifelong friendships, and a deep love for the people, places, and wildlife of Africa.
In two decades on safari, I’ve seen leopards raise cubs, elephants teach their young, and travelers’ lives transformed by the magic of the bush. And in the last 10 years, Brandt Safaris has had the privilege of creating journeys that go far beyond game drives, experiences that reconnect people to nature, to family, and often, to themselves.
To everyone who has trusted us with your safari, thank you. We don’t take it lightly. We’ll keep doing what we’ve always done, personal, custom safaris crafted with a lifetime of first-hand knowledge. Here’s to the next 10.
