This peaceful 3 bed, 2 bath water front home in Eagle’s Landing on Lake Sam Rayburn. Enjoy stunning waterfront views just steps from your door along with access. This is the first home in the development, so expect privacy during your stay! The water access is rocky water frontage and does not offer a sandy beach. This home is a brand new construction, and boasts vaulted ceilings a split floor-plan for privacy, covered back porch overlooking the lake with a propane grill. A fire-pit with seating is also available to guest to spend evenings around the fire roasting marshmallows or hotdogs over the open flame! A short drive to Powell Park that offer boat ramp, inflated water obstacle course, restaurant and marina.
