ABC Batting Cages are fully Title IX compliant. Our cages are designed to pitch both baseballs and softballs from the same stall, ensuring equal access and opportunities for all participants, regardless of gender. Both male and female athletes have the same access to high-quality equipment and training environments.
Title IX compliance in baseball/Softball (and athletics in general) refers to ensuring equal opportunities and treatment for both male and female athletes in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
While baseball itself is traditionally a male sport, Title IX requires that comparable opportunities be available for female athletes—typically through softball, which is considered the female equivalent in most U.S. educational institutions.
