Policies and Procedures:
My current turn around time on items is 7-14 business day. This excludes holidays and weekends. If you're item needs to be shipped you can expect 3 days in transit. With the holiday rush please plan ahead, once USPS receives an item it is out of my control. I will be in office as reflected per business hours on this page. I will respond to messages outside of business hours the following business day. Occasionally I will respond outside of business hours as life allows, but it is not guaranteed.
