Today is one of my favorite days of the year, World Elephant Day!! Having been lucky enough to travel to Kenya several times along with Tanzania to see these INCREDIBLE animals up close and personal, I hold a very special place in my heart for these majestic creatures. is at the forefront of the conservation, preservation, and protection of wildlife in Kenya and I LOVE supporting them by visiting the nursery in Nairobi whenever I can along with adopting orphaned elephants (currently Nyambeni and Taroha).
A few facts about elephants on
