Favorite brasserie in Paris. Best steak tartare. Best steak period. Best salad. Best mouse au chocolat. Best experience and we cozied up with the owner. Not only did we dine in the kitchen but we were practically on the stove. I didn’t care. I can take this kind of heat. If I’m your Travel Advisor or colleague I’ll share the details.
