The story doesn’t end there. Because international shipping costs were so high, Jill personally brought the jacket back to the United States while attending a wedding and then mailed it to me. What could have been a lost item became a remarkable example of kindness, commitment, and customer care.
What made their efforts even more meaningful is that this jacket was truly irreplaceable. I had purchased it with my mother shortly before she became ill and later passed away.
