A recent traveler actually mentioned this in their feedback: “We also enjoyed the restaurant at the gas station outside of Casablanca, where we definitely didn’t see any tourists…” ☺️

“The highlights of our trip included camel riding, touring the cities, the food, and hiking around Chefchaouen. We enjoyed the pool in Bin El Ouidane and we took an hour long boat ride on the lake that was wonderful. We were fascinated by the Volubilis Roman ruins.

Our driver, Majid,became our friend during our time in morocco. Not only was he knowledgeable about everything, he was funny and kind and he was an amazing driver through some of the craziest traffic we have ever seen! He took us to a private home at Chefchaouen for dinner and it was one of the best meals we had. The other delicious meal was at the Saveur De Poisson in Tangier. He wisely advised us to skip lunch so we would be really hungry for this meal and he was right!”

The medina of Fes is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its historic architecture, soils, and centuries-old craftsmanship. This is the Bab Boujeloud, one of the main entries into the medina. It’s blue on one side and green on the other! 💚

“I am very interested in coming back again with a group of students because this trip was so successful. Much of that was due to the work you all put into making this happen for us! Our guide was very knowledgeable and we could tell that he was trying to help us have the best trip possible. He also helped the girls find fun places for pictures, brought stomach medicine for one of my guys who got sick, and told us stories about how he met his wife and his university experience – all of this earned him the title Uncle Ali from my students. Homestay in Fez was a favorite. Also, everyone really enjoyed Chefhcaouen and would have enjoyed staying longer.“ - Becky

“Morocco, we miss you already!!!

Kamal, our driver, was beyond exceptional and we felt deeply cared for by his extraordinary kindness and concern exhibited throughout our travels. Every detail showed the depth of his commitment to guarantee our trip was comfortable and enjoyable. We hold close to our hearts the way he welcomed us as family and even checked in each evening to make sure we were safe and everything was good!…

Even now we look at the photos and cherish memories of strolling through the magical streets of Chefchaouen, the fairytale stay at Dar Jasmine, our self-chosen barefoot walk to Akchour Falls in the Rif Mountains…
