🌴 Some evenings are worth planning a vacation around.

Imagine finishing dinner, stepping outside, and finding the sky looking like this while the ship is making its way to the next island. No traffic. No errands. No alarm clock waiting for you in the morning.

✨ This is what vacation mode looks like aboard Celebrity Xcel. 🥂

We've had the chance to sail on Xcel, and there's something pretty easy about settling into the ship and letting the vacation happen.

Good food. Great places to relax. Time with family and friends. And plenty of those moments where you realize you haven't looked at the clock in hours.

Alma and I really enjoyed our time aboard Xcel, and we're looking forward to getting back onboard.

Pool time, live entertainment, good food, drinks, games, music, or simply finding a comfortable spot and watching the ocean go by.

The nice thing about a cruise is that everyone can do their own thing during the day and still meet up for dinner.

The next great trip might be closer than you think. 🌎

We sometimes get so focused on international travel that we forget how much there is to see right here in North America.

National parks that barely look real. Coastlines that deserve the scenic route. Small towns, big cities and places that feel completely different when you slow down enough to actually experience them.

Alma and I have a pretty long list of places we'd still like to explore closer to home. That's not a bad problem to have. 😂
