POV: You thought you were taking a road trip with your Dad… but apparently you signed up for a full-scale expedition through the hidden gems and unexpected corners of America. 😂

We’re chasing county lines, investigating tiny towns, stopping at questionable roadside attractions, and getting way too excited about historical markers.

Is it glamorous? Absolutely not.

Is it kinda chic? Obviously. ✨

Because some people spend their vacations at resorts.

Today, Dad and I are counting another North Carolina county! Greene County is full of peaceful rural landscapes and that welcoming Eastern North Carolina charm. Fun fact: Greene County was originally known as Glasgow County before being renamed Greene County in 1799. One more county checked off the list! 🗺️❤️

Welcome to Toole County, Montana! 🌾🛢️🇺🇸

Stretching along the Canadian border, Toole County is where wide-open prairie meets Montana history. From the oil boom that put towns like Kevin and Sunburst on the map to Shelby’s railroad roots and heavyweight championship and the busy border crossing at Sweet Grass, this county has helped fuel, feed, and connect the American West for more than a century.
