HI, SEA HORSE!!!!!

South Walton Artificial Reef Association has been building reefs like this one along our coast to give fish and marine life somewhere to actually take hold. From the surface it's just a dark patch. Underwater? COVERED in growth, fish everywhere.

This one, off Topsail Hill, is shaped like a seahorse.
