What happens after booking your Disney vacation with me?!

After we figure out what packages suits your needs and place your deposit I send you a client welcome guide that goes over everything in our planning timeline.

Depending on how far your trip is booked out, you will start receiving emails here and there with information and tips leading up to a few months before your trip!

About 90 days before travel we will start going over dining and magical extras reservations. I keep track of your window and log in when it opens to secure your reservations for you!

After your flights are booked we can go over airport transportation and stroller rentals if needed!

3-4 weeks away from travel I send out a very detailed park guide with all you need to know about your vacation. From your resort, to how best maximize your park time, what to do on your rest days etc!

Two weeks before travel we tackle Lightning lanes. We go over ride selection and strategy so you are prepared when your window opens in a week. This is something I put in your hands because availability is subject to change and I want you to get the rides you want most.

While you are on vacation I am only a message away. Whether it's as simple as, what park is this ride at or how to get somewhere. I will guide you every step of the way.

It’s not social media, vendor shows, or ads. It’s REFERRALS. This is the biggest way you can compliment my services.

I love getting a text that says “hey *insert name here* told me to reach out to you because we’re planning a vacation.” When o get that message I immediately want to thank that person and give them a big hug.

I love helping people plan their trips and I do a little happy dance when I get those referrals.

If you hear someone say they are planning a vacation (Disney, Universal, cruises, beach trip, etc) I hope you say “I know someone who can help.” Give them my number, email, or refer them to my Facebook business page or any of my social media pages.

Have you been seeing all the fun of Universal Studios?

Did you know I can also book Universal Orlando and Hollywood? I recently visited Universal Florida and Islands of Adventure for the first time in 20+ years a few months ago because I needed to become familiar with all the updates since the last time I visited.

I visited Epic Universe in April 2025 before it was even open to the public and it was phenomenal.

With 3 parks, Universal is definitely giving other local theme parks a run for their money.

I’m excited to announce that we have our next vacation planned. We were informed of this “vacation” beginning of this month and we travel mid July.

We are going to Alaska! This is a major bucket list travel spot for me. Here’s the catch: it’s a marriage retreat type trip for military spouses.

What does this mean?
Mark and I will be gone from the kids in Alaska for just over a week. This makes me nervous for a couple reasons. They’ve never been away from both of us for more than a night or two. Another reason? Where we’re going has extremely limited internet service. So I’m not sure how often we will be able to see them.

This is kind of terrifying since my entire universe for the past 9 years has been my children. I know that it will be something that will help build Mark and my marriage, but I also know it’s a break that he and I both need from the kids. We will come back missing them more than ever.

We are so thankful to have been chosen to go on this trip.

What makes me happier than booking a trip for my clients?

Having them come back to me to book more trips because I helped them so much with their first trip.

I’m always looking for feedback from my clients, if I did something that could have been better I would love to know so I can improve for future travels for you or my other clients.

These are just a few things to make your trip more affordable to Disney World. Some are applicable but all vacations.

-share food or order kids meals, this is allowed for quick service and snacks. Kids portions are more than enough food for adults.
-bring food or snacks from home or have groceries delivered to you resort. My kids are picky so we always do this so we don’t spend $5+ for a bag of Doritos. 🥴
-discount gift cards, you can typically save around 5% daily but sometimes there are deals making them 10%. I use a credit card that gives back points and use those points towards my trip.
-bring souvenirs from home or go to local Walmart/Target to purchase cheaper souvenirs.
-use a travel agent that price monitors and automatically applies promotions before you even know about them.

There’s so many ways to save money at Disney so it doesn’t break the bank completely.
