Winter Wonderland is a family event. Disruptive behaviour toward other visitors and abusing or threatening the Staff will not be tolerated.
Due to recent issues during Winter Wonderland, please remember:

1) You must be on time to board your train

2) Each row sits 2 people

3) All un-ticketed riders under age 2 must sit in a lap.

ABUSING AND THREATENING STAFF WILL NOT CHANGE THE ABOVE.

Remember: The train is on a set schedule and once it has left the Depot it cannot be recalled. Staff cannot guarantee any seat on any train if you arrive after your scheduled time. Please be 30 minutes early so that you can make sure you get to your train on time. You must be on time to board your train - no exceptions.

Remember: The train seats an exact total number of passengers. This means that you may sit next to a stranger. Each row seats 2 people - no exceptions.

Remember: Riders under age 2 do not automatically get a seat to themselves. If you want a seat for a rider under age 2 you must purchase a ticket. All un-ticketed riders under age 2 must sit in a lap - no exceptions.
