FREE MUSIC IN THE PARK CONTINUES THIS WEEKEND!

Every Friday through Monday, local artists will take the stage at the Bandstand in Rotary Park. All concerts begin at 7PM. Grab your friends and family, your chair or blanket and join us for some free music this summer! Any weather cancellations will be posted to the City's page. 🎤🎼

STORMS TOMORROW, THEN HOTTER.
A round of strong to severe storms will work through tomorrow afternoon, however that is not my main concern. The main concern with tomorrow will be the possibility of heavy rain which could lead to flash flooding. Timing for storms tomorrow will be between 12PM and 7PM.

After storms work out, skies will clear into the overnight, lasting through the first half of the work week. But this time, there isn't a cold front drying us out. A warm front will lift in, with a strong ridge building in from our south. This will boost temperatures back into the middle 90s through Wednesday.

WHAT WOULD YOU CHANGE?

Maybe you would shift the rain to Monday and Tuesday when most people are at work? And maybe you would take some of those 90s and push them down into the 80s. But overall, this is a pretty decent 7-day forecast for this point in the summer. Yes, it will be hot and humid, but that's what we're used to seeing this time of year. And while the weekend isn't the most ideal timing for storms, it doesn't look to be a washout!
