Mickey beignets at S**t Cats at Port Orleans French Quarter
Cheeseburger Spring Rolls at Magic Kingdom (that special sauce is so yummy)
Smokehouse Chicken salad from Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom. My #1 pick for best in park quick service.
Enchanted Rose chocolate ganache with tart cherries from Hollywood Studios
And finally, the fruit and Nutella stuffed waffle from Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom

I know I am not alone, It seems like I hit a certain age and the rules changed in the middle of the game.
I just wanted to feel good. I wanted to lose weight, yes, but also my thoughts, my habits, the stuff I was doing and didn’t want to give up, my daily habits, all of that is what determines the ultimate outcome. I learned how to get control of all that, yes I lost weight but more importantly, I finally feel like I have my life back. I truly want to encourage you, too. If you want to make some changes but don’t know where to start, just start. Take a walk, drink more water, the “what” really doesn’t matter, it’s the START that is important. If you want to chat, I’m here. I can share the things I did and the resources that helped me. Life’s too short to feel like 💩!

I always try to do unique souvenirs on my trips, not just the “usual” T shirt or coffee mug ( both of which are absolute musts for me also). This trip, I took my Stanley and had it autographed. I just used sharpies, and it will be epoxied to preserve it. Isn’t she lovely? I loved watching everyone sign it! What is your favorite souvenir?
(Also peep the shoes in the background that I had done a few years ago. I think white Vans are next!)

Getting to experience the magic of Disney through the eyes of my grandchildren will forever be one of my favorite memories. Every moment was magical. Even the breakdowns, the tired legs, the “I want all the things” moments were all worth it when I look back through our pictures and see the pure joy on their faces- and mine 😍
