U.S. passport holders can visit these countries without a visa for various durations. However, starting from April 10, 2025, travelers to Europe (Schengen Zone) will need to apply for an ETIAS travel authorization before their trip. Similarly, the UK will introduce the ETA system for short visits.

Important: ETIAS and ETA are not visas but mandatory online travel authorizations. Be sure to check official travel regulations before planning your trip

4️⃣ You still have your current name (or can show a legal name change).
5️⃣ No changes to your gender marker (or you have proper documentation for it).
6️⃣ You’re a U.S. citizen and are not requesting a special service passport (like a diplomatic one).
7️⃣ You are aware that the original passport you are renewing will be cancelled after you submit your application. You cannot use it for international travel.

⏱️ Timing:
- Expect to wait about 7 to 10 weeks for processing.
- Need it faster? Opt for expedited mail service to get it in 4 to 6 weeks! 🏃‍♀️💨

💡 What You’ll Need:
- Your most recent passport.
- A digital photo taken within the last 6 months (save that selfie! 😉📸).
- Your credit/debit card for online payment.
