After a lot of thought, I want to share an update with you all.

As many of you know, I’m stepping into an exciting new chapter and will be training for a new job over the coming months. Because of this, I’ll be stepping back from booking new travel as a travel advisor for the time being.

Please know that all clients with trips already booked will continue to be fully supported. I remain committed to helping you through your upcoming travel and will be here for anything you need related to those existing bookings.

I want to take a moment to say thank you — truly — to everyone who has trusted me with their trips, supported my business, referred friends, and cheered me on along the way. Being part of your travel experiences has meant more to me than I can put into words.

This isn’t a goodbye — just a pause — and I’m so grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received during this chapter. 💛

‼️ Important Info Regarding Flight Delays & Cancellations ‼️

For anyone flying to their cruise port, it's best to have a back up plan.

As of Friday 11/7 into next week, there will be incremental 10% reduction in flights in 40 airports across the country during the government shutdown. This will result in flight delays and cancelations.

✈️ Travel Advisory: Please Have a Backup Plan! 🚢

If you’ve booked a flight during this time, have a backup plan! Flight delays and cancellations may affect your travel to the cruise port.

If your flight is canceled:

• Try other airlines or nearby airports.

• If feasible, consider driving or taking a train.

• A United Airlines CEO even suggested buying a refundable backup plane ticket on another airline.

It may also be prudent to change your flight to 2 days before your cruise (instead of just 1) to allow time for troubleshooting any cancellations.

🚫DO NOT schedule a flight on the same day as your cruise!

• For domestic flights, fly in 1–2 days early to allow a buffer for alternate arrangements.

• For international flights, aim for 3–4 days early if possible.

• Whenever you can, book a direct flight instead of one with connections to reduce the risk of delays or cancellations.

If you’re unable to fly to the original departure port, you may be able to fly to the next port (as long as you have passports).

Lastly, check your travel insurance carefully — flight cancellations or missing the cruise may not be covered due to a government shutdown. 😕

One of the most magical parts of a Disney trip is character dining — meeting your favorite characters without waiting in long lines!

I’ve been lucky enough to try a bunch over the years, including:
✨ Crystal Palace & Cinderella’s Royal Table (Magic Kingdom)
✨ Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (EPCOT)
✨ Tusker House (Animal Kingdom)
✨ 1900 Park Fare (Grand Floridian)
✨ Storybook Dining at Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge)
✨ ‘Ohana (Polynesian Village Resort)

So, let’s break it down:

💖 Pros:
• You get guaranteed character interactions without waiting in line!
• The atmosphere is full of Disney magic — themed decor, music, and moments that feel straight out of the movies.
• It’s a great use of time on park days if you want to combine a meal and meet-and-greets.

🤔 Cons:
• Prices can be steep — you’re paying for the experience as much as the food.
• Characters rotate, so sometimes you might miss a favorite if timing doesn’t line up.

Each spot has its own charm — from dining inside the castle at Cinderella’s Royal Table 👑 to meeting Mickey in his safari gear at Tusker House 🐘.
