Everyone has a travel bucket list.

Mine isn't built around checking countries off a map—it's built around experiences.

A luxury safari tent with giraffes & elephants in the distance.
Watching the Northern Lights from a cabin in Finland.
Exploring the Amazon rainforest.
Eating my way through Japan one unforgettable meal at a time.

If you could pick just one of these trips, which would it be?

1. African Safari
2. Finland
3. Amazon Rainforest
4. Japan

One of the questions I ask clients before planning a trip isn't where they want to stay.

It's where they want to eat.

Some of my favorite travel memories happened around a table, in a market, or over a meal I still think about years later.

That's why food is never an afterthought when I design an itinerary.

In Ireland and Scotland, stories aren’t just told — they’re kept.

They’re passed down through generations beside warm fires, shared over hearty meals, and woven into landscapes that feel alive with history.

I’m sharing some of my favorite “fairy” places — spots where folklore, waterfalls, and wild coastlines meet. From Skye’s shimmering Fairy Pools to Ireland’s hidden fairy forts and glens wrapped in history and folklore. These aren’t spooky stories, just the kind that remind us how every corner of the world has a story to tell.

If you’ve ever dreamed of exploring the wild landscapes, cozy inns, and timeless charm of the Celtic isles, this is your sign. Discover the beauty, the history, and a touch of that legendary magic.

Mystic is getting a lot of attention lately as a culinary travel destination, but it still holds onto that classic New England charm that makes it so special.

Jeremiah's offers everything from fresh local seafood to perfectly prepared steaks, along with handcrafted cocktails and a relaxed coastal atmosphere that invites you to slow down and stay awhile.

If you're planning a visit to Mystic, this is one stop worth adding to your list.

When people think “all-inclusive,” they often picture one type of resort…

But the truth is, some of the best all-inclusive experiences look completely different from one another.

From sprawling luxury beachfront resorts to intimate boutique escapes, I’ve included a mix of both family-friendly and adults-only properties across the Caribbean and Central America—each one chosen not just for the setting and experience, but because they stand out when it comes to food.

Because let’s be honest… when you book an all-inclusive, you usually trade something for convenience.

And one thing I never want to compromise on? The food.

While most all-inclusives aren’t Michelin-star quality, the resorts in this guide rise above the sea of average buffet-style options. These are the places that are doing it better—with thoughtful dining, fresh flavors, strong restaurant programs, and meals you’ll actually look forward to while traveling.

If you’re searching for travel destinations that combine relaxation, atmosphere, and a stronger culinary experience, this guide is a great place to start.

In full transparency, city travel usually isn’t my thing. I tend to gravitate toward slower destinations, coastal towns, hidden villages, and places where life feels quieter.

It wasn’t the landmarks that stayed with me most—it was the moments in between. Wandering through Daunt Books in Marylebone. Lingering over cocktails after dinner. Incredible global cuisine tucked into quiet neighborhoods. The feeling of slowing down long enough to actually experience the city instead of rushing through it.

That’s what inspired me to put together my latest blog post:

Living with IBD has changed a lot of things in my life—but it didn’t take away my love for travel, good food, beautiful experiences, or seeing the world.

But life as an ostomy patient is still meant to be lived ✨

Some days are harder than others. Some trips require more planning. Some moments look different now.

On World IBD Day, this is your reminder that chronic illness does not mean your story is over. There is still so much beauty, joy, adventure, and life waiting for you.

Maybe the answer is Belize 🌴✨

Slow mornings, colorful streets, fresh seafood, beach bars, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you forget what day it is.

Some travel destinations just feel different—and Belize is one of them.

From the food to the people to the laid-back energy, it’s the kind of place that reminds you to slow down and actually enjoy where you are.

Honestly? I’m ready to go back already.
