Ninety-nine team members from Waco ISD attended Baylor Center for School Leadership's (BCSL) Catalyze training 🌟, which included representatives from all schools and CTE academies, along with all principals and their leadership teams 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫.

Catalyze is a retreat that fosters a collaborative environment 🤝 where educators work alongside the BCSL team to develop a plan of action using their improvement science tools 📊. With ongoing monthly support from the BCSL, participants will gain strategies to create lasting improvements within what they refer to as “catalytic improvement communities” 💡.

This initiative will enhance all aspects of our campus improvement plans 📈, develop leadership skills 🏅, and boost collective teacher efficacy 💪. ✨
